Leah Davis

Certified Massage Therapist, NCTMB

Hi, I am Leah Davis and I am passionate about inspiring massage therapists to do their job with excellence and enjoyment.

Which is why I decided to create this online course designed to train massage therapists in using their knuckles, elbows, and forearms to deliver exceptional massages while preserving their hands.

Over the years, I was surprised to see how rarely therapists use these powerful tools for deep pressure, often leading to injury and burnout. That's why I'm committed to sharing the techniques I've mastered to help others in the field thrive. 

Since graduating from massage school in 2006, I've specialized in medical massage and dedicated my career to helping people recover from specific pain issues. My journey started at a community fitness center, where I worked with clients of all ages, many dealing with sports injuries or chronic pain. After seven years, I transitioned to a hospital therapy department, where I honed my skills alongside chiropractors, physical and occupational therapists, and personal trainers.

In April 2022, I fulfilled a lifelong dream by opening Ottertail Therapeutic Massage out of my home. Specializing in chronic pain and repetitive use injuries, this venture has been incredibly rewarding. I’m grateful for the opportunity to help my clients heal while also being more present for my family.

Together, we can show the world just how incredible massage therapy can be!
